Order Processing
Orders are processed after payment and inventory are confirmed. Processing time can vary for high-volume, special-order, hazardous, bulk and pallet purchases. You will receive available tracking or freight details when the order is ready to ship.
Online Shipping Rates
Shipping for products purchased online, including case products, is shown or calculated at checkout where supported.
Bulk and Pallet Delivery
Bulk and pallet orders may require a separate freight quote. Freight delivery may require a commercial address, receiving hours, dock or forklift access and an appointment. Lift-gate, residential, limited-access, inside-delivery, redelivery or storage services can result in additional charges.
Delivery Estimates
Transit times are estimates and begin after the order leaves our facility. Carrier delays, weather, holidays, address issues, freight appointments and events outside our control can affect delivery.
Address Accuracy
Please confirm the complete shipping address, ZIP code, unit or suite number, receiving contact, phone number and delivery requirements before submitting the order. Charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the buyer's responsibility.
Damage, Shortage or Missing Items
Inspect deliveries promptly. Note visible freight damage or shortages on the delivery receipt before signing whenever possible. Contact us promptly with your order number, photos of the packaging and products, and a description of the issue so we can review the claim with the carrier.
Restricted Products
Some liquids, chemicals, hazardous materials, oversized products or special-order items may have carrier, location or service restrictions. We will contact you if an order requires a different shipping method or additional information.
