These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Apollo Distributors website and your purchase of products from us. Apollo Distributors is a B2B store serving professional and business buyers. By accessing the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
Orders and Accounts
You are responsible for providing accurate business, account, billing, shipping and contact information. We may accept, limit, cancel or refuse an order when inventory, pricing, payment, fraud prevention, shipping restrictions or other operational concerns require it.
Products and Pricing
Products marked Each, Pack or Case can be purchased online in the sell unit shown on the product page. Bulk and pallet purchasing is supported separately. Product availability, packaging, specifications and prices may change without notice.
Payment
Payment must be authorized before an online order is processed. Taxes, shipping, freight, duties and other applicable charges are added where required.
Shipping and Delivery
Delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Shipping terms vary by order size and destination. Pallet orders may require a separate freight quote, delivery appointment, dock access, lift-gate service or additional receiving arrangements.
Returns and Claims
Return eligibility is subject to our applicable return instructions. Unless otherwise confirmed in writing, requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Used, opened, damaged-after-delivery, hazardous, clearance, custom or special-order items may be non-returnable. Shipping damage or shortages should be reported promptly with photos and order details.
Business Purchases
Pallet quotes, freight arrangements and account terms may be governed by a separate written quote or agreement. If those terms conflict with this page, the written quote or agreement controls for that order.
Website Use and Intellectual Property
You may not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, copy protected content for commercial use or attempt unauthorized access. Website content, branding, graphics and product materials remain the property of Apollo Distributors or their respective owners.
Disclaimer and Limitation
To the extent permitted by law, products and website services are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated. Apollo Distributors is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from website use, delivery delays or product use.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
